My career

My corporate career started in London with implementing technology projects and culminated with a leadership-level international governance role.

Relocating to the Cotswolds, I ran my own successful interior design practice for over a decade.

I embarked on sustainability and ethics studies, transforming my business into a consultancy, spending several years consulting in the building industry, gaining critical insight further into the gritty realities of construction, procurement, project delivery and site management; across both high-end residential and commercial.

Having spent three years working closely with the Oxfordshire Community Land Trust as a volunteer facilitating board development and strategy setting, my consultancy has now evolved fully into client representation and project management together with advising leadership teams responsible for land and property.

I now have over twenty-years’ experience in creating and supporting transformation, with skills in change management, governance, dispute resolution and negotiation. I have a broad understanding of construction - both residential and commercial - with experience working with leadership teams on structure, risk, policy and decision-making.
