I have worked alongside firms in the construction industry for the past decade, with private clients, architects, builders and skilled craftsmen.

My experience spans all the stages of construction and refurbishment, including experience of JCT contract management.

A professionally qualified project manager, I have over twenty-years’ experience in creating and supporting transformation, with skills in change management, governance, dispute resolution and negotiation. I am also a professionally qualified consultant with the Chartered Management Institute.

Driven by an ambition to make a difference and a belief in the construction industry's desire and ability to evolve, I embarked on sustainability and ethics studies with the Chartered Institute of Building, transforming my successful interior design business into a consultancy that has now evolved fully into client representation and project management.

I worked with the Oxfordshire Community Land Trust as a volunteer facilitating strategy development for their board for three years until 2026. I now mentor women in the construction industry.
