This Ethics Statement is intended to inform potential clients, clients, suppliers and stakeholders of the ethical position of the company Nicola Warwick Ltd (hereafter ‘the company’). It is not intended for use by other organisations as a template as the content is applicable and specific to this company. The Statement is intended to be simple, accurate, complete with applicable information and verifiable.

To make ethics that respect people and the natural environment valuable to organisations. Supporting those that (i) share this in their own moral perspective, and (ii) through the promotion of the power of people's discernment in deciding which organisations to work with, procure from and work for.

The company is governed by its Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association, which set internal rules and controlled by its single director and employee.

The company offers a consultancy-style service to small to medium sized organisations that seek to define, communicate and improve their ethical practices relating to people, the natural environment and internal processes and governance.
Client organisations can be commercial businesses or non-profits, not specific to any industry, nor sector, nor activity.
The company has no history of non-compliance with laws or regulations (including fines or sanctions) including health & safety incidents and data privacy breaches.

Ethical Commitments and Impact
Natural Environment
Whilst the use of resources is minimal, opportunities to improve the use and conservation of resources and the ethical credentials of suppliers and providers are actively being sought through internal decision-making processes.
People
Nicola promotes the values of the company in her interactions with people. For clients this translates to supportive, effective and efficient progress towards the goals of each engagement that are clearly defined. For suppliers, this includes open and clear communication and cooperation.

The company currently has one Director and employee, Nicola Warwick who is the founder.
Governance including tax
Procurement practices intend to establish stable, long-term relationships. Suppliers are paid on time and orders are carefully placed to minimise any requirement to change or cancel.
The company makes no financial political contributions.
The company is considered too small to have an impact on the local economy.
Annual accounts and a confirmation statement are submitted to Companies House.
The company is registered for and pays Corporation Tax and maintains records of directors, shareholders, and financial transactions.

For transparency and disclosure, Nicola is a volunteer with Oxfordshire Community Landtrust and provides input into their governance on risk and policy as well as strategy and board development.
