I attended this morning site meeting:

  • The high priority decisions for you relate to the Information Release Schedule (IRS) and I shall run through these with you on our call tomorrow.

  • I have asked Adam (your Contract Administrator) to issue the monthly meeting minutes more promptly and within a week of each meeting, I shall track this.

  • Otherwise, good progress continues to be made on site, Eric (Principal Contractor) is confident that the project is running to programme and does not anticipate any EOT (Extension of Time) applications.
