Your organisation.  Your leadership.  Expertly supported.

Independent Advisor - Leadership and Governance

Strategic decisions are rarely just property decisions.  They can involve investment, risk, organisational purpose, conflict resolution, community, ethics, and the long-term stewardship of an asset.

There are organisations with significant property assets where the quality of governance genuinely matters to communities, employment, the natural environment, heritage and to future generations.

"There's real value when a group recognises it will benefit from an experienced independent voice to help guide decision-makers towards commercially sound, properly governed choices that are sustainable and aligned with their purpose ."

- Nicola Warwick

Would your organisation benefit?

You may chair or be part of a leadership team that is immersed in strategy and decision-making, possibly responding to an opportunity or challenge or seeking to improve and strengthen internal operations.

You may be chairing and facilitating discussion but recognise you are more valuable in an active participatory role.

  • A board approaching a strategic review seeking structured independent assistance

  • A land trust reviewing its governance and future strategy

  • An estate reviewing strategy and responding to change

  • A charity wanting to improve trustee/board decision-making process

An organisation where stakeholders are divided over a significant matter and need resolution.

The Process

Any engagement starts with an informal meeting - sometimes online - to understand your requirements and the context of the potential involvement, we decide whether working together is a 'good fit'.

Each engagement has a detailed brief and shared understanding of the scope and objectives.

Book a discovery call to start

Fees are pre-agreed and charged hourly with a monthly invoice.  Once we have outlined a brief I can give an estimates the full engagement.

If you have a need within your organisation or team and think my skills would be valuable please do contact me.

Her real skill set is facilitating a group of very diverse individuals, with differing agendas, in an open manner and yet still being able to bring them together to produce a coherent and productive outcome.
